We are not an open cattery. We get many emails asking to come and visit our cats and play with our kittens. Our house is open to those that wish to adopt a kitten from us only. Visiting Wroxton is only by appointment, and this is dependent upon the age of our kittens, this is due to health concerns for our babies and mothers. Visits are usually made one week after the kittens have had their first vaccination. Our pet, show and breed kitten price is available on application. We do not breeding cats to those we do not know. Our pet kittens range from $2500 - $4500. A non refundable deposit of $500 is to be paid to hold the kitten offered until your kitten is ready to go. Please be aware that deposits are asked for around the 8 wk mark. Kittens will not leave home until the 14 week mark or as soon as practical after their surgery. *Please be aware, due to covid we currently have restrictions in place on kitten visits and pick up. We will discuss with you alternative arrangements. We will also provide you with all the information of your kittens dietary needs as well as, vaccination card, microchip paperwork, kitten sales agreement which both parties sign, as well as a kitten pack from Royal Canin and toys. Please be aware that breeding and show kittens are reserved first, as first and foremost we are here to improve the breed standard. We also refuse the right of any sale. Should we find out information that your household may not be suited to one of our kittens, your deposit will be refunded.
I understand that purchasing a pedigree animal is a large amount of money to invest in a pet, so we have included a link to find out why quality, healthy animals cost what they do: http://www.mcbfa.org/breedcats.html
How to choose your Breeder? A well written article by Donna Stanley who breeds Labradors. Her spiel on backyard breeders applies to Ragdolls as well. An ethical and responsible breeder will sell you your kitten with ALL of it's vet done for the first 12 months. The parents of your kitten will also have completed DNA tests available for you to view.
